Welcome to Nadi Teera Cottages, Dandeli ("Nadi Teera", "we", "us", "our"). By booking a stay or using dandelinaditeera.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- The lead guest must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government photo ID at check-in.
- Rates and inclusions are as quoted at the time of confirmation. Taxes are extra unless stated otherwise.
- Number of guests in the booking cannot exceed the room's stated occupancy limit.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: 12:00 PM. Standard check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID) is mandatory for every adult guest at check-in.
3. Inclusions
Inclusions for each package (meals, activities, transfers) are listed on the package detail page or confirmation. Items not listed are chargeable.
4. Activities & Adventure Sports
- All adventure activities are operated by licensed third-party operators in or around Dandeli.
- Guests participate at their own risk and must follow operator safety instructions.
- Activities may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, water levels, or operational reasons. We will offer an alternative or a refund of the activity portion only.
5. Conduct & Property
- Loud music is not permitted after 10:30 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside cottages attracts a cleaning fee.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings; the resort is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.
- Any damage to resort property will be charged to the lead guest.
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance in writing.
6. Children
Children below 5 years stay free using existing bedding. Children 5–10 years may be charged a reduced rate when extra bedding is required. Children 11+ are charged as adults.
7. Liability
Nadi Teera will not be liable for any injury, loss, or delay caused by force majeure events including but not limited to floods, heavy rainfall, road closures, transport strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Use of Website
All content (text, images, logos) on dandelinaditeera.com is the property of Nadi Teera Cottages and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dandeli, Karnataka.
